A More Effective Approach to Making Success Easy
Hi! I am Tate Ringer, the founder of Equipany. My methodology isn’t about shallow motivational speeches that make you feel better temporarily. Together, we’ll engage in a sophisticated exploration of what truly matters to you. This isn’t therapy, and it’s certainly not new-age philosophy – it’s a pragmatic, behavior-based approach to finding deeper meaning while maintaining your edge. By amplifying results with proven techniques, we will accomplish in three months what most programs do in a year.

My background is below, but all of the degrees in the world were not enough for me to find the peace of mind and prosperity that I have. If you have the same unquenchable quest and curiosity for life-long learning that I have, I encourage you to look up any and all of these resources. Go with your instincts – pick up what sounds most interesting. I can vouch that each one of them helped propel me further. You can still always try on the coaching work to see for yourself while also immersing yourself in self-discovery:

My Background
Next Steps
I have a varied educational and corporate background that makes me uniquely suited to work with successful people who continually want to grow and improve. Professionally, I have been a part of small and large organizations, start-ups and consulting in various industries. My Master’s Degree in organizational conflict management from SMU, certificate in Human Centered Design from Stanford and certificate in Ai Leadership from Kellogg gave me a strong background to apply to a variety of industries and situations. But it has been my work with mentors, leaders, spiritual advisors and teachers that helped me apply these formal frameworks to real life success, happiness, and peace of mind.
